Aine Barry

Aine is a Facilitator Coach withover 15 years experience in the food & beverage industry as well as the pharmaceutical sector. Her key focus is on helping individuals learn and upskill with practical advice and experience. Aine is quick to develop rapport with participants and has an innate ability to identify the required individual learning styles.

She has facilitated groups on sales, customer service, teambuilding, conflict management, communication as well as running outplacement programmes and group training sessions in career planning, interview coaching and change management.

Donal Fitzgibbon

    On qualifying from UCD Donal worked in the area of Teaching/ Leadership and in Adult Education. He subsequently acted as Area Manager with an established bank for over 20 years.

    In early 2001 Donal returned to his first love, which is in the area of Leadership Development with emphasis on Communication, Behaviour, Motivation, Empowerment, Team Work and Conflict Resolution. He also specialised in presenting courses on Emotional intelligence and Facilitating Effective Meetings. He has coached groups in both Public and Private Sector, Voluntary and Sporting Organisations.

 

Rachel Joyce

Rachel's degree has given her a broad understanding of marketing in business. However, it is her practical experience gained in Mentoring in Call Centre & Retail environments in senior positions over a number of years that makes Rachel an exceptional facilitator.

She has training/facilitator experience in both the public and private sector and is equally well received in both. Rachel has also conducted 1 - 1 sessions with individuals who have specific requirements & challenges.  Rachel is also a voluntary adult literacy tutor. Her major strengths are determination, enthusiasm and the ability to empathise with people throughout the organisation.  Rachel is also Head of Accredited Learning and works with Solas, FETAC and ILM in providing certification for Clients

  • Margaret Kearns

    Margaret's background is in the Financial Services sector. During her career she worked in a variety of roles, including customer care, complaint handling, sales, training and telephone marketing. She has also worked in the hospitality and retail sector providing front line customer service, and has project managed a number of hospitality events over the past year.


Helen Keown

  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing.

During her early career, Helen was responsible for developing Sales and Marketing strategies fora number of prominent organisations in Ireland. During this time she developed in-house training programmes on areas such as: Brand Awareness; Yield Management; Relationship Marketing; Cross-Selling and Customer Care.

She also worked with sales and marketing teams in the development and marketing of new products and the implementation of culture change.

Over the past 6 years Helen has designed and delivered Marketing, Branding and Sales training programmes to a range of businesses within the retail, services and tourism sectors. She has also provided sales and marketing consultancy, and mentoring for private business owners. Helen has facilitated Middle and Senior Management in the areas of people management, business development and strategic planning.

Brian Moore
Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering & Computer Science
Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Brian works in association with IBT.  He has sixteen years management, consultancy, sales training experience gained in Blue Chip Companies in a variety of industry sectors including Information Technology, Communication, Finance, Utilities and Government in Ireland, UK and Europe.

He was educated in Brighton where he received a Higher National Diploma in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He has completed many training programmes since completing the HND which includes, IITD Cert. in training & Development, Train the Trainer, Advanced Presentations Skills, Achievers Coaching Program, Psychometric Profiling, Sales, Negotiations Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Facilitation and an extensive number of personal development courses.

In the areas of Personal and Management Development, he has written, developed, and presented programmes on Personal Development, Work/Life Balance, Management Development, Customer Relationship Management, Coaching Skills, Advanced Communication Skills, Professional Presentation Skills, and a variety of Telephone and Field Based Sales Programmes as well as bespoke Team Building Programmes. Brian is also highly regarded professional speaker & facilitator.

Gerard O'Halloran
University of Limerick – Masters Degree in Human Resource Management

Gerard has extensive experience of teaching at degree and master’s level as well as delivering both HETAC and FETAC awards.  He has served as a Job’s Placement Mentor, in addition to being a trainer as part of the European Globalisation Fund (EGF) internships.  He has developed course material focusing on business management and human resource management.

Gerard has had many years experience in the Retail industry firstly working with Argus UK Ltd where he managed all aspects of the catalogue sales outline.  He then joined Aer Rianta International Limited where he managed duty free stores in Ireland, Russia and the Ukraine.  He continued to work in the Retail sector where he trained in the areas of Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Negotiating, Personal Development, Sales and Customer Care, Communication and Teamwork.

Lisa Wixted

  • Lisa completed her BA Business and Sociology at Trinity College Dublin in 2002. She then acquired a diploma in advertising in London and has just recently completed a PhD.

  • Lisa has experience across a broad range of industry and market sectors within the spheres of government, sport and charity. She identifies, investigates and presents on problems for clients concerned with communication strategy and markets.

  • She has the capacity to work in intense and stressful environments with tight deadlines. She has managed sales promotions, radio promotions, product launches, in store and direct marketing campaigns. In 2003 Lisa moved into the area of in-company training and business consultancy and brings flair, enthusiasm and a fresh approach to her role.
