- In all of these Acts recent case law would be discussed and six pre-prepared
case studies also use to highlight main areas of importance. This would give
the participants an outline knowledge of current legislation and how it impacts
on them and the Company as well as an appreciation of the role and function
of Trade Unions in industry. |
