Teamwork (2 Day) - Brief Outline
With an objective of creating a challenging, different, fun
and lively environment where participants work together as a team in order
to solve organisational difficulties and changed situations. Indoor training
activities link teambuilding to real work situations, ensuring a change in
behaviour when back in the workplace
Objectives
Following this programme, team members will:
- Have a greater insight into the synergistic benefits of working effectively
within a team. The team members will be introduced to the idea of self-empowerment,
taking ownership and responsibility.
- Fully realize the responsibilities and expectations associated with their
role as team members. Through a better understanding of themselves and others,
they will be able to communicate more effectively within their work environment.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of how team members reach their
team goals and delivers an insight into how it is possible to maintain the
performing or achieving stage of team development.

Communication Skills
- 6 STAGE PROCESS {SLIDES AND EXAMPLES - APPLY THIS PROCESS TO COMMUNICATING
IN YOUR TEAM/ YOUR ROLE}
- SHAPES EXERCISE - the objective of this exercise is to demonstrate the many
problems of misunderstanding that can occur in one-way communication. The
trainer issues instructions and participants must follow the instructions.
Eye contact is avoided, no gestures, no hand signals, no questions allowed
from participants.
