- Encouraging open discussion, debate and contribution - Facilitating skills
- Open Forum - accept criticisms and staying open to new ideas
- Keeping the meeting focused / Handling issues raised that are not relevant
to the meeting
- Put an effective meeting model in place to meet current team needs
- Taking minutes
- Practical skills to making meetings more effective
- Dealing with any other business
The practical application of skills gained is an essential element
of this programme.
Each delegate will deliver a 5 mins work related presentation {e.g presenting
facts / making a persuasive case / in a meeting or during a one on one situation}
