Overview
Prior to the programme the Tutor would hope to obtain scenarios of everyday
conflict situations within the organisation. Details of the company specific
policy's e.g. the Discipline/Grievance procedures should be forwarded to us
in advance of the programme.

- Managing and resolving conflict
- Employer/Employee conflict
- Developing a collaborative approach to conflict resolution
- Strengthening relationships
- Disciplinary and Grievance procedures within the organisation
- Dealing with minor infringements/gross misconduct
- Relevant Employment Legislation - company specific
- Effective management of absenteeism
- Seeking HR advice and good practice
- Preparing a code of conduct checklist for dealing with minor disciplinary
