Skills (1 Day) - Brief Outline
Overview
People who are 'in control' are able to relate to others
openly and honestly in a spirit of co-operation. They enhance their personal
effectiveness through assertive behaviour. During this session, delegates
will learn to use appropriate and effective techniques for staying 'in control'
and will be able to achieve a positive outcome in a variety of sensitive and
difficult situations.
